Impact Family Village Groundbreaking Ceremony--August 19th!

Urban Impact and Mercy Housing Northwest are collaborating to develop this four-story, mixed-use project. Many of the residential units are designed to accommodate families with children with common rooms and outdoor areas designed specifically for outdoor play.

On the ground floor, the new Rainier Health & Fitness facility will allow the existing 1,200 member space to grow, providing affordable fitness programs for neighbors and residents. The new space features a flexible 1,700 square foot group classroom with a movable partition, offering a private area for women who need to have women-only exercise.

Please join us as we kick off this exciting endeavor!
